When you choose to work with them, you’re selecting a partner dedicated to fighting for justice and ensuring your voice is heard.This position will be involved in all aspects of employment litigation and advice and counsel matters.RequirementsDuties and ResponsibilitiesRepresent employers in court, arbitration, before administrative agencies and at mediations on class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour mattersFamiliarity with FEHA casesDraft and respond to pleadings and discoveryDraft and argue motionsAbility to take and defend depositionsProvide employment counseling on federal and state employment laws, when neededKnowledge, Skills, and Educational RequirementsJD from Accredited Law SchoolMust be admitted and a member in good standing of the California BarShould possess at least 2+ years of employment litigation experienceJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Proven experience in employment law, with a track record of successful case outcomes.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Passion for advocating for employees' rights.Candidates should have relevant employment law experience;
