The Hackett Group is looking for a skilled professional to join our Application Managed Support Team with focus in the area of Payroll. Additional expertise in Time and Labor, Benefits or other HCM applications will be highly desirable.
Oracle Cloud Functional HCM Sr. Manager Responsibilities:Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud ApplicationsDemonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving/debugging skillsCommunicate highly technical concepts verbally and in writingManage assigned work tickets based on priorityManage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyOracle SR management including escalationsDedication to growing module knowledge and delivering new solutionsDevelop strong rapport and gain trust of client baseGuide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle HCM CloudResearch and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approachesConduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutionsDevelop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testingProvide technical resolution including; functional review of integrations, data mapping, data analysisCoordinate with other colleagues globally, fostering a collaborative work environmentFollow Hackett methodology - and observe any client specific variations in methodologyOracle Cloud Functional HCM Sr. Manager Requirements:
Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting
Oracle Payroll CloudExperience in problem solving/debugging and analysisConsulting experienceLight technical skillsets for report writing (ie SQL or OTBI development)Ability to create or modify Fast Formulas
PreferredExperience with Time and Labor, Benefits, or other HCM modules
PreferredImpeccable communication and follow-upAdapt to new projects or new concepts quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitudeExtensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience (from planning to configuration through go-live) with Oracle Payroll Cloud
