eCommerce Wholesale Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and driven eCommerce Wholesale Analyst to oversee online selling and wholesale operations. This role will focus on managing relationships with wholesale customers, optimizing online sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in eCommerce, wholesale distribution, and the cellular devices market. You will play a key role in scaling the eCommerce wholesale business and maximizing revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. eCommerce Strategy and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behaviors, and key metrics to optimize online sales channels (e.g. - Amazon, Amazon FBA, eBay, Walmart and others)Implement best practices for product listings, merchandising, and user experience to enhance the buying process.Collaborate with development team to ensure all online channels are optimized for sell-through.2. Wholesale Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce wholesale division for cellular devices, accessories, and other inventory.Manage inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to wholesale customers.Develop and execute strategies to optimize the wholesale buying process and increase efficiency.3. Sales Growth and Customer Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new wholesale customer acquisition opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers to drive repeat business.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotions, campaigns, and initiatives to drive sales growth.4. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cellular device space.Adjust sales strategies based on market insights to stay competitive.5. Inventory and Product Management:
Ensure accurate forecasting of demand for cellular devices and accessories.Work closely with the purchasing and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability.6. Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
Serve as the point of contact for wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and order issues promptly.Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any challenges related to product availability, pricing, or delivery.7. Compliance and Contracts:
Ensure all wholesale agreements, contracts, and pricing structures are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.Manage negotiations for bulk purchases, pricing agreements, and terms with new and existing customers.8. Reporting and Performance Metrics:
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, customer acquisition, inventory status, and future projections.Track key KPIs such as sales growth, order fulfillment rate, and customer satisfaction.Benefits:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in eCommerce wholesale management, preferably in cellular devices or electronics.Strong knowledge of cellular devices, accessories, and the wireless industry.Proven experience with eCommerce platforms and online wholesale distribution.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and customer service teams.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a focus on driving performance improvements.Ideal Candidate Criteria:
Experience managing B2B eCommerce sales platforms - eBay, Amazon, Amazon FBAFamiliarity with ERP and CRM systems for managing orders and customer relationships.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies related to eCommerce sales.
This role is hybrid but requires the person to be able to be present at our headquarters in King of Prussia, PA, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5PM EST.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year plus bonuses
