Our brands include Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman.Your RoleThe People Services (PS) Regional Coordinator supports the regional PS team to creating an excellent experience by providing PS administration and transactional support. You will be a collaborator who can support multi-location and multi-state distributed teams across a diverse geographic region. You will be on-site and will report to the People Service Market Manager.What You'll DoPerform administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities to support HR and HRIS functionsProvide regional administrative support for culture and engagementSupport recruiting/onboarding process for candidates and assists PS Leaders/Leadership teamProvide general administrative support for PS programs including compensation, benefits, 401k, and other employee programsMaintain accurate people data for expense allocations and reporting purposesEnsure region / store compliance with all federal, state, and local requirementsProcess employee terminations including coordinating exit interviews, prepping paperwork, coordinating final checks, and aiding with the exit process and asset collectionWork alongside PS team to ensure all issues are resolved and escalatedWhat You Bring
