As a Senior Consultant in our Healthcare Outsourced Accounting Services (OAS) group, you will be a valued member of our team and will build relationships with our outsourcing clients. The OAS team utilizes cloud-based accounting platforms and software applications to provide recurring accounting and proactive advice to our clients.
How you will contribute:
Dedicate time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas:General ledger importing or synchronizationAccounts payable processingPayroll consulting and coordination with a 3rd party providerBank and credit card account reconciliationsDepreciation schedule preparationMonthly and year-end trial balance closing assistanceAssist with monthly management reports and financial statementsVarious virtual and on-site outsourced accounting servicesAccounting system design and implementation of various platformsVarious software application implementation projectsWe are looking for people with Forward Vision and:
Strong initiative and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to client serviceAbility to prioritize work for multiple clients and consistently meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteMinimum Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other business-related field or a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, or staff accountingPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fieldQuickBooks ProAdvisor designationPrior experience with PFX Engagement and Bill.comExperience working with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Intacct, or similar general ledger software package
