Pay range: $60k-65k
The
Graphic Designer
is responsible for supporting the creative and marketing teams with the production of visual materials, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia assets.
Position Responsibilities:Create the layout and design of projects including brochures, ads, invitations, logos, newsletters, web content, social artwork and other graphics.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure collateral aligns with branding requirements.Collaborate with the home office Creative and Marketing teams and community marketing teams to deliver effective solutions to creative challenges.Create designs that adhere to established brand standards while exploring new concepts.Maintain strict confidentiality standards and ethical business practices.General Duties:
Able to travel based on need and priority. Adhere to Company travel policies and guidelines.Maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members and visitors, following established safety procedures.As required, complete annual and monthly training, attend scheduled in-services and mandatory meetings. Maintain all required certifications/licensures.Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule as evidenced by working holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary to ensure adequate coverage within the department.Display tact and friendliness when interacting with team members and visitors.Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with team members and other departments.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Prefer three (3) to four (4) years of work experience in graphic design.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac OS Platform). Expertise in Illustrator and InDesign with a strong knowledge of Photoshop.Experience with developing designs as part of a brand identity.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Adept at multi-tasking with strong organizational and project management skills, and able to turn around projects very quickly and deliver on schedule.Experience with producing graphics for both print and online mediums.Receptive to change and takes direction well.Must be flexible, adaptable, innovative, and open in response to competitive pressure, multiple decision makers and production changes.A collaborative thinker that excels in a creative team environment.Strong time-management skills.Must pass a Criminal Background check.May require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.With communities across California, Hawaii, and Nevada, opportunities for career growth, relocation, and travel are significant.
