We are seeking a full-time 40-hour Practice Lead/Supervisor to support our Northampton (22 Atwood Drive & 10 Dennison Place) and Amherst (170 University Drive) offices to oversee the operations of the practices and supervise our team of Nurses, Medical Assistants, Ultrasound Techs, and front desk staff. This position is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am- 5:00pm. We are flexible with the location scheduled between the two offices! Our team consists of approximately 25 staff members both clinical and non-clinical that this team member would be supervising.
Responsibilities
Provides assistance to the office staff to ensure the practice runs smoothly for both physicians and patients.Manages personnel related activities, including scheduled hours, attendance, time off requests, payroll, leaves of absences, discipline and discharge documentation, evaluations, and overtime.Supervises the daily operation of the office including helping staff establish deadlines for work assignment and completion, and monitoring work status and progress.Provides day-to-day facility and administrative management and oversight for the site, monitoring the physical environment and calling in appropriate resources to address problems with telephones, lighting, electrical, telephone and other facility systems.Manages expenses, maintains an internal purchase order systemEnsures proper bookings, updating and revising clinicians' schedules, and monitoring session utilization.Performs other duties as assigned by Practice Manager and must be willing to take on additional responsibilities and provide assistance in all areas needed.Qualifications

Graduation from accredited high school and at least two-years collegeBachelor's degree in health or business administration preferredA minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a physician practice setting, supervisory experience preferred
