From top to bottom, our team fosters a collaborative environment where we focus on getting it right rather than being right.We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Admin for our Buying Team who is eager to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing startup. You will assist the Buying Team with day to day buying tasks. You will be a critical asset in contributing to the future growth of the company. This position will report to our Buyer.What You'll Do:Oversee the day-to-day data entry for the Buying Team including but not limited to: purchase orders, reports, markdowns, etc.Manage all aspects of the sampling process including but not limited to: Requesting samples and coordinating for Buying/Merchandising/Operations needs (wash testing, fit model try-on, ecom shoot).Review all purchase orders and confirmations post order submission and at time of shipment approval.Track and log all products from time of approval to being published on the site.Record brand selections in buy sheets, system portal, and all other buying logs necessary to keep track of investments.Site Merchandising including publishing products on the website, ensuring all inventory is live and has accurate copy and product information.Perform internal quality check and overall product maintenance including organizing all files, samples and photos.Coordinate with the buying team to outline clear product delivery timelinesMaintain external vendor relationships and communications in a timely mannerCollaborate cross functionally with the finance team, new inventory team, and other internal stakeholders.Facilitates requests for test washing and manages the execution.Support with new receipt management by identifying problems and discrepancies in the warehouse.Confirm items have gone through all layers including receiving through operations (receiving new inventory, test wash, alterations and fit).Manage Fit Model scheduling and try-on coordination.Manage accessories that need to be pulled for shooting and requests all VPI images.Prepare and assist on additional ad hoc buying projects as the need arises including but not limited to re-shoot requests, RAs, Selling Reports etc, fabric reviews, sketch reviews and attend buying meetings.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred.6-12 months of experience in a showroom or retail environment; including prior internships in Merchandising, Buying, Product Development, Sales, etc.Knowledge of the wholesale and retail industry required.Embody a creative and critical thinking mindset when problem solvingAbility to multitask while staying organized while under tight deadlines.Detail-oriented, flexible, team player with a positive, can-do, always learning attitudeSense of urgency, punctuality and time management.Proficient in creating and editing documents and data in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.Must enjoy working in a team environment as well as independently.Interest in women's fashion.Must be able to commute to South Los Angeles.Benefits & Perks:Health Benefits401(k)FashionPass MembershipCasual dressFun Hybrid office environment-4x a week in office
