Position Description:

CGI has an immediate need for a Sr. Solution Architect with AWS experience to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a leading organization in the secondary mortgage industry. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach, collaborating closely with our client in an agile setting and leveraging emerging technologies. This position can be based out of our offices in New Brunswick, NJ, New York, NY, Hartford, CT, Plymouth Meeting, PA, or Lafayette, LA, and offers a hybrid work model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Extensive experience with AWS services, including SQS, SNS, S3, ECS Fargate, Lambda, and Containers.Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.Expertise in APIGEE API Gateway, Terraform, AWS Networking, OTel, and Splunk.Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Familiarity with databases such as Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redshift, Athena, and Glue.Hands-on programming experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Architect, maintain, and evolve cloud infrastructure for web applications.Work independently on real implementations in a highly dynamic and fast-paced Agile environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in architecting and developing solutions• 5+ years of experience as an architect lead.• Individual contributor who can work with minimal to no support with very strong expertiseand experience in the following areas:

Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $75,600.00 - $186,000.00.
