Associate Security Architect (Senior NPE Cisco Client, FTD, Umbrella, SentinelOne EDR, Proofpoint) Band: U4 (6+ yrs. of relevant exp. / Total 8+ yrs. of exp.)
Job Qualification and Requirements:
Graduation in any stream (preferably with Computer Science or related field is highly desirable)6+ years of experience in Network Security domain with NAC, Firewall experienceDesign and implementation experience in Cisco Client, FTD is highly preferredExperience in handling the escalated issues/configuration/auditing task related to Cisco Client, FTD firewallsDeployment experience/knowledge in various Client components, 802.1x, TACACS+/RADIUS, device profiling, posture validationExperience in preparing and implementing various Client use cases in test and production environmentExperience in handling IDS/IPS/Security profiles and Next Generation features of Cisco FirepowerExperience in Email Security solutions such as ProofpointExperience in handling/ executing DDoS incidents along with threat analyticsKnowledge in firewall analyzer tools like Skybox, Algosec, Tuffin, etc.Knowledge in conducting Firewall Audit and overall assessment exerciseKnowledge in EDR tools such as SentinelOne / Defender / CrowdstrikeVery good knowledge in networking domain including but not limited to BGP, GRE, and MPLSKnowledge of DUO, SASECisco Umbrella would be a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work in on call environment for high priority tickets and to perform changes over the weekends as and when required
Job Responsibilities:
Lead project design/implementation efforts related to Cisco Client and FTD from client site in USAActing as Primary Technical resource for all security services such as NAC, Firewall, VPN, Firewall Analyzer, EDR, SASE etc.Perform daily operational task (Service Request and Incidents (all priorities) & upgrades of the leveraged Security InfrastructureParticipate in RCA documentation and presenting to clientPerform Firewall Audit and assessment task, followed up with the reporting and recommendationPerform Remediation task as per audit report aligned with defined change management processMaintain accurate documentation of Client, firewalls and network security support activities and upgrade processesSolve problems mapped with defined Security devices with minimal client input, escalate as necessaryMaintain strong, effective working relationships with vendor engineering resourcesCollaborate, communicate, and assist account management teamsInteract with relevant stake holders for operational and process related issues/improvement areas
