As the Shift Supervisor, you will oversee teams of 3-7 people to create a fun environment for our customers, ensure our customers are helped in a timely fashion, and ensure our store is properly stocked and merchandised. This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet all day, every day, constantly interacting and engaging with team members and customers.
ResponsibilitiesOversee teams of 3-7 people per shift, including directing the team to assist customers and ensure the store is properly merchandisedFoster a positive, productive environment with your team and customersOpen/Close the store, including managing safe and register funds and overseeing open/closing proceduresPerform sales transactions with our customers, focusing on the customer-experience and leaving a good impressionWork with owners to hit store performance metrics and share in the profits when you doFoster a team culture that embraces our 7 Core ValuesEmbrace change, take risks, and try new ideas to help our store grow and evolveRequirements
Prior supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environmentAble to stand for long periods of time and safely lift 50lbs without assistance
