Associate Director, Commercial Analytics
The responsibilities:
Lead / guide secondary data analytics projects to address a range of business questions, including disease and market landscape study, market sizing, patient journey mapping, referral analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, campaign evaluation, and managed markets analytics, etc.Communicate/manage stakeholders, understand business questions and perform relevant analytics to address questions; able to translate analytics to actionable insights.The skillset required is:
At least 8yrs. of experience in Pharma Commercial AnalyticsPatient analytics using open / closed claim data and other secondary data.Pre-launch analytics and launch planning (Preferred)Brand performance analytics and reportingManaged markets analyticsMarketing analyticsExperience working in Oncology, Rare Disease, Specialty Brand (atleast one required)High proficiency on data analysis using tools like R, Python, SQL (at least one required/Python preferred)Qualitative skills: Independent contributor/Self starter. Good communication and presentation skills to present work to Executive Leadership teamBusiness development goal:
Proven ability to contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding client relationships, and contributing to the development of new business proposalsAccount management goal:
Demonstrated experience managing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders
