We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to act as our liaison with colleges, universities and help us recruit students and fresh graduates.

As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible to attend and host college career fairs, build effective internship programs and evaluate junior applicants. You should also have demonstrated experience with different sourcing strategies such as social recruiting and excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities Host in-house career fairs for students and fresh graduates by department or field. Attend college career fairs, communicate with students and promote our employer brand image. Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills evaluation tests for junior and entry-level positions. Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event including a number of candidates interviewed and procured. Promote current open jobs to online and offline alumni communities. Contact university career counselors and provide informational materials about our entry-level position programs. Design and place print promotional ads on college campuses. Post job advertisements and source potential applicants via web-based networking or social media groups. Liaise with team pioneers to characterize employing requirements and plan internship programs. Maintain associations with universities and other educational institutions. Requirements

Professional experience in advertising and hiring for entry-level roles is a plus. Hands-on experience with different candidate evaluation procedures. Knowledge of resume databases and applicant tracking systems. Familiar with social media sourcing. Outstanding understanding of labor legislation, especially with respect to entry-level positions. Excellent networking skills.
