Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst/Architect to join our team and collaborate with Director/VP-level stakeholders. This role will be pivotal in shaping how we collect, measure, track, and report data for the organization, focusing on driving metrics-based project delivery. You will help establish governance, cadence, and processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Director/VP-level stakeholders to identify key metrics and data collection strategies for organizational success.Develop and implement processes for tracking, measuring, and reporting project delivery, with a focus on data-driven metrics.Lead the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports that provide insight into key performance indicators (KPIs) for various projects and initiatives.Ensure data governance, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting platforms and metrics tracking.Establish and maintain a regular cadence for reporting on project performance and delivery metrics.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data-driven insights and decision-making processes.Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough data analysis.Qualifications:
Proven experience (10+ years) as a Data Analyst, Data Architect, or similar role with strong exposure to senior leadership teams.Extensive experience in working with large datasets and advanced data analysis tools and software.Expertise in data governance, metrics tracking, and developing processes to drive performance and reporting.Strong understanding of project delivery metrics and the ability to establish cadence for regular reporting.Ability to create meaningful and executive-level reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with Director/VP-level executives.Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization and reporting software.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
