Position Purpose:

Work with onboarding providers, manage their schedules, and represent Rosecrance ethically, legally, and morally, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. This includes creating trust and sincerity with providers, referral sources, and patients while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards. Provide administrative support and perform related administrative duties for medical leadership, while providing relevant leadership and support to allied medical staff.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GEDDemonstrated experience in strategic planning, critical thinking, leadership, and staff developmentProven supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage teams effectivelyWorking knowledge of public and private behavioral health billing and standardsDemonstrated experience in work processing and proficiency in general office proceduresExperience in project implementation with a strong focus on follow-through and adherence to timelines and objectivesExcellent customer service and time management skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer skills with extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamBelief in the mission and vision of RosecranceEssential Responsibilities:

Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for accomplishment of responsibilities.Provide comprehensive oversight and management services for provider operations.Manage the day-to-day operations of all Rosecrance providers, including scheduling and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Deliver comprehensive support to providers, addressing their needs and facilitating effective solutions.Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures for effective operations.Attend relevant clinical staffing and other meetings as needed.Assist leadership in performance improvement initiatives and in annual peer review.Report regularly on the status of objectives to leadership.Participate in educational, quality, risk management programs for compliance as needed.Provide routine reporting to Rosecrance leadership.Interface with referral sources as needed.Market Rosecrance program services as needed.Monitor contract usage and terms.Participate in annual budget preparation with leadership.Provide support services for leadership.Comply with Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.Deliver exceptional customer service.Understand and comply with all the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance.Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
