About the role: The Meeting & Events Coordinator is instrumental in the execution and logistical planning of key customer events and conferences in Peripheral Interventions. They will work closely with the Customer Experience team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and successful event outcomes. Focus areas will be around helping to plan for and execute on advisory boards, key strategic physician engagements and conferences. Has the ability to collaborate across various teams, is detail-oriented and organized. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with marketing operations on the annual marketing needs assessment renewal process for ad boards including roster and compliance documentation. Build pre-meeting HCP surveys and provide analysis of results to key stakeholders. Support regional ad board meetings using existing content to build the program. Review conference and tradeshow meeting agenda and faculty list to identify and compile list of Strategic Physicians and Advisory Board Members attending. Collaborate with Senior Leadership's admins to coordinate and schedule meetings with Strategic Physicians at respective conference/tradeshow. Assist in building and sending ad board, strategic physician and conference internal communications, as needed. Organize and pull Strategic Physician profiles for Senior Leadership 1-2 weeks prior to the scheduled meetings. Proactively arrange meeting space and amenities (beverages, snacks, etc.) for Sr. Leadership/Strategic Physician meetings at conferences and tradeshows. Including private dining when additional support is needed. Assist in tracking key performance metrics including engagements and feedback for quarterly and annual summary report purposes. Help with conference preparations, obtain pre-registration lists, and build and manage engagement trackers. Support the logistical needs for regional conferences and marketing workshops, including obtaining demo products and shipping to conference. Vendor relations and management of conference visuals and demos. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related experience in event/meeting planning, preferably in the medical device industry Familiarity with event management software (i.e. Cvent) and CRM tools, such as Salesforce. Domestic travel up to 10-15% Preferred qualifications: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Pays close attention to detail and has the drive to see projects through to completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
