A Johnson Controls Team Manager is responsible for the overall executed financial and operational performance of the security installation and service business in a given branch office. Operations Team Manager is responsible for the financial predictability of the business, management of resources and materials necessary for the prompt and complete execution of installation and service work within an assigned territory. Develops and builds team structure and development of team for successful job performance.
How will you do it
Creating the appropriate structure and team of resources for successful execution of installation and service workDevelop work force size to efficiently accommodate subscriber-related workloads.Proactively manage book of business for predictable and successful financial performancePlan, schedule, manage resources for installations, inspections and service work.Confirm all equipment procurement for installations.Prepare progress reports, expense reports and other related documents.Read and interpret P & L's, General Ledger, Job Profitability and Open Job Detail reports.Evaluate system performance and effectiveness to maintain and minimize equipment malfunctions.Maintain technical knowledge of current standards and new developments.Keep associates and customers informed of any industry changes.What we look for
Required
High School graduateThree years of Security industry experienceLeadership experienceFinancial acumen of Installation and Service businessesTechnical competency related to Security and Fire Alarm systems and services.Preferred
Five years of Security, Electrical or Electronic equipment installation and/or ServiceThree years of leadership experience
