As an IT Infrastructure Engineer within the IT team, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain innovative solutions that address Easy Dynamics' growing infrastructure needs. You will ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of systems throughout their lifecycle, with a particular focus on Azure, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, WSL, and Power Platform. Responsibilities include maintaining cloud infrastructure and troubleshooting advanced networking and IT systems. You will be expected to continuously adapt to the evolving technology landscape, contributing to the development of next-generation infrastructure.

Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and management of Azure-based cloud solutions, from initial design to deployment, with an emphasis on integration and scalability using infrastructure as code (IaC)Support and maintain low-code solutions built on Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration with broader IT infrastructureTroubleshoot and optimize production environments in Microsoft 365 (including Intune and Power Platform) and AzureLead and maintain the development of CI/CD pipelines in GitHub to streamline automation and deployment processes for cloud infrastructureContinuously enhance cloud environments to ensure security, performance, and cost efficiencyTroubleshoot advanced networking issues in office environments and, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance for all systems, including connectivity to cloud infrastructureSupport and troubleshoot issues related to office IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted business operationsTroubleshoot and optimize Hyper-V and WSL environments to support developer workflows and productivityCollaborate with internal teams to understand infrastructure requirements, improve processes, and implement innovative solutionsInvestigate, triage, and resolve system-level issues across hardware, cloud services, and virtualization platforms
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical field, and 7+ years of engineering experience in an enterprise environmentProfessional experience working with Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure and managing it as code using Terraform or Bicep, as well as scripting with PowerShell, Azure CLIProfessional experience managing and troubleshooting deployments of Hyper-V and WSL to client devicesExperience using GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipeline management using GitHub actionsExceptional analytical and troubleshooting skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, with experience maintaining low-code solutionsLinux and Windows OS system administration experienceCertifications related to Microsoft infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Export, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert)Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as neededSalary Range:
