About the teamThe Creative Design team mainly supports visual marketing design related to TikTok products, with creative design for social, private messaging and commenting interactions for in-end scenarios, and exposure to impactful events for out-of-end scenarios, such as the TT Developer Conference event.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the brand marketing Visual Identity of the company's Internationalization products, for different countries and users, and product/ operation /interaction team cooperation , can efficiently and independently produce high-quality design- Participate in App related topics, illustration, icon and other visual work, sensitive to the design touchpoint and have certain insights- Participate in the creativity of market activity plans, and support the promotion of online and offline activities in the operation market, responsible for online and offline materials- Quickly understand the Target User and the target area, work with the team to investigate the Localization design, and participate in the definition of the design language- Have a deep understanding of the brand and be able to maintain a unified tone in high-turnover and multi-project types- Understand business priorities, solve business and user problems with design, and bring fresh perspectives and experiences to users with creativity- Have an understanding of AI development, be able to explore together with R & D/design, and be integrated into business projects
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in in design illustration or related major- Diversified design styles, able to appreciate classics and gain insight into trends, have an innovative desire for visual communication, have the courage to explore visual language, and have certain motion graphics and 3D capabilities- Have the ability to think deeply, have strong self-drive, and possess top-notch aesthetic and creative thinking- Communicate logically and do things in an orderly manner- Have experience in the Internet industry, have an understanding of business and products, have certain experience from the initial stage of project establishment to review, and be good at accumulating and summarizing to form independent opinions and influence- Possess good design proposal ability, systematically describe design ideas, and independently complete complex business; good teamwork spirit and open mind- Must submit a resume and must include a link to your digital portfolio with samples of your work
