We're looking for a passionate and versatile Product Designer to drive the creative vision and execution of our product design. As the primary designer at Siena, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our product and influence re-designs. Reporting to the Director of Product, you'll be partnering with Product and Engineering to solve complex design challenges and setting the foundation for the future of the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from problem definition and user research to high-fidelity prototypes and final UIEstablish and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platformsConduct user interviews, develop customer profiles, and use these insights to guide design decisions. Analyze user feedback and product data to continuously enhance the user experienceCollaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ideate, design, and iterate on new product featuresCreate user journeys, wireframes, and high-quality visual designs using tools like FigmaContribute to the company's overall product strategy and visionWhat We're Looking For:

6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Expertise in UX best practices, interaction design, and visual design principles.Proficiency in Figma and the ability to craft high-quality, intuitive user experiences.Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.Self-driven and able to manage multiple projects independently, with a strong sense of ownership.Excited to be the primary design voice in a growing startup, shaping the product's creative vision and strategy.Comfortable collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, and influencing product direction.Passionate about staying up-to-date with design trends and pushing for high-quality execution.Eager to build a cohesive design system and contribute to establishing a strong design culture.Nice-to-Haves:

Experience establishing creative vision within a company or team.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineers.Interest or experience in AI and its applications in product design.Why Joins Us
