The Wellness Ambassador serves CCA's Office of Student Advocacy, supporting Basic Needs and Wellness initiatives, events, and programming across all three campuses. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere in our offices and during in-person events, while actively promoting CCA's Basic Needs and Wellness initiatives, including Foxy's Mobile Market, CCA's Laptop Loan Program, and Foxy's Resource Room, which features the Snack Station, Care Cabinet, Food Recovery Fridge, and Period Pantry.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:Foster a welcoming environment in office spaces and during events.Support the Office of Student Advocacy staff in implementing programs that address basic needs, personal wellness, and success.Help manage events and initiatives with attention to detail.Promote awareness and utilization of CCA support services to enhance student well-being.Engage with students to connect them with resources, in a manner that promotes dignity and minimizes marginalization, and enhances well-being.Maintain office space & storage spaceSupport tabling at resource fairs and eventsAssist with CCA's laptop loan program and inventory managementSupport students with completing CCA's referral process to connect them with supportAssist in office organization and cleanlinessOther duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Motivated and passionate about supporting student wellness and basic needs.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to promoting inclusivity.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Must have completed FAFSA on fileMust be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hoursMust NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelor's DegreeMust be seeking an eligible program of study
