About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative product designer to join our small but mighty team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and designing some of Sprig's most mission-critical product areas that are both complex and high impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-centered designs that drive our product strategy and meet business objectives.
You will report to the Head of Product and work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers.
This role is based out of our San Francisco office 4 days per week.

Your Impact
Lead Design Initiatives:
Take ownership of designing complex and high-impact product areas, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and business goals.User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze data to inform design decisions. Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.Design Execution:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma). Ensure designs are feasible and scalable.Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define design goals, and ensure seamless integration of design solutions.Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design assumptions and iterate on designs based on feedback.Design Systems:
Contribute to and help maintain the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product areas.Stakeholder Communication:

Employee Pay Disclosure
The base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 - $185,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
