Due to the success of our organization, we are hiring ahighly skilled Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member in the Human Resources department, you will play design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning experiences to enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Instructional Design:

Create engaging and interactive learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, and assessments.Graphic Design:

Design training materials, including presentations, and learner guides, aligned with learning objectives and organizational goals.E-Learning Development:

Utilize authoring tools to create engaging e-learning courses, incorporating multimedia elements and interactivity.Collaboration:

Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content.Learning Management System (LMS):

Manage and upload content to the LMS, ensuring easy access and tracking of employee progress.Develop and assign learning paths within the LMS to support employee development.Build courses, assign them to learners, and track results for in-person, e-learning, and virtual classes.

Needs Assessments, Effectiveness, and Feedback:

Design and implement for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company. Monitor the effectiveness of training using individual or group performance results. Collect feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation.Facilitation:

Design, develop, and facilitate training programs, conduct in-person and virtual seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc. This includes facilitating new hire training.Consultation:

Collaborate with stakeholders to determine training needs and schedule training sessions. Consult with employees and their managers to suggest appropriate learning paths in support of career/professional development.Assessment Tools:

Design, implement assessments.Career Coaching:

Provide 360 assessment debriefs and draft Individual Development Plans (IDP).Career Pathing:

Build career paths for team members to frame and support development activities, lateral moves, and promotions that move employees closer to their short- and long-term career goals.Train the Trainer : Develop and implement train-the-trainer framework for training potential instructors or subject matter experts to enable them to train other people within the organization.QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong research and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyIntermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) based on industry standards2-4 years of prior experience in a similar roleExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Experience with a Content Creation Platform such as Articulate 360.Attention to detail and ability to multitask.**This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days on site**

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6-8 hours a day, while working at a computer station.Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using a keyboard, mouse, and other computer peripherals for data entry and communication purposes.Visual Acuity: Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods, with good visual acuity to read small print and accurately enter data.Hearing: Adequate hearing ability, with or without correction, to understand and respond to customer inquiries via telephone or other audio equipment.Repetitive Movements: Regular use of the hands, wrists, and fingers to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and using a mouse.COMPENSATION:

This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary ranging from $65,000-$78,000/year
