The
Content Marketing Coordinator
must be organized, outgoing, creative and ready to join the Marketing team. This individual should becomfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. This role will provide support to the Marketing / Business DevelopmentDepartment, reporting to the Director of Marketing. This a full-time position is based in our
Carlsbad
office. Candidate must havereliable transportation and be able to drive to project sites (mileage will be reimbursed).
Duties & Responsibilities
Create new social content that will be used across social media platforms:
InstagramLinkedInTikTok
Visit project sites 1x/wk to get contentWrite blog posts (2-3/month)Complete assigned marketing project management tasks. Example of tasks include but are not limited to:
Project team and contactsBuilding project profile sheets in Adobe InDesignCollecting information for case studiesUpdating team resumes
Take headshots for new team membersMake small edits/updates on the website using Wordpress:
Update project photosAdd / Update team member bios and headshotsPost blogs
Qualifications & Requirements
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeExtensive social media experienceCanvaBasic knowledge of WordpressBasic knowledge of HubspotBasic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Other Skills:
Creative WritingSocial Media campaigns and analyticsOrganizedCollaborativePositive AttitudeEvent coordinationMust exhibit TC3G (Core Values)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.Experience managing and/or contributing to a corporate social media account.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must provide an updated resume, references, 2 examples of creative writing (blog posts, newsletter, etc.) and 2examples of design using any of the Adobe tools listed above.
