The Director of FP&A is responsible for overseeing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategy development. This high-visibility cross-functional role will work closely with the Finance & Accounting teams and support the C-suite, business unit leaders and functional leaders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. The Director of FP&A will ensure the company’s financial health through detailed analyses, robust financial models, and insightful reporting to align with the Company’s growth strategies.This position requires a hands-on strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial data from various sources into actionable business insights. The Director of FP&A will play a critical role in driving the financial success and long-term growth of the Company.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the Company’s financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.Partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders to produce comprehensive financial analyses and performance reviews that monitor progress against primary objectives.Develop and refine financial models to support major initiatives, including new investments, cost optimization strategies, and the expansion of the company’s Commercial businesses.Provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Participate in a wide variety of special projects and other duties as assigned.The Director of FP&A will report to the CFO.RequirementsPrior experience in a private equity-backed environment and with bank covenant reporting is strongly preferredUndergraduate degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field required.MBA or advanced education or credentials preferred.7+ years of professional experience in finance required, within roles of increased responsibility.Extensive experience with ERP software platforms.Strong financial modeling, strategic reasoning, and process analysis skills.Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Compensation:
