Duties:- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensures its strong presence; - Research new markets to expand the company's business;- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management;- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.Special requirements: - High school diploma (or its foreign equivalent);- 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager and/or Customer Service Manager, demonstrating success in assigning sales tasks, training sales teams, and streamlining customer service processes;- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, essential for creating robust business strategies, exploring new markets, and driving company success;- Proficiency in MS Office.
