with previous fashion ecommerce D2C marketing management experience.The Role:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve overall business objectives and goalsDevelop and implement budgets across all marketing activities to hit KPIsDevelop marketing strategies for Australia, the USA and international markets as our biggest customer base is the USAPlan, manage and execute all end-to-end marketing activities in line with budgets, schedules and sales volumesPlan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across all channels: Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Affiliate, Influencer, PR, Events, Content, Etc.Develop and manage our marketing calendar with launches, events, promotions, etc. to hit targets and grow sales growthDevelop 360 launch campaigns and manage from start to finishDevelop and create innovative online offerings, delivery of content methods & testing to drive online sales and enhance profitabilityManage and execute our content creation program to ensure industry leading, on-trend and effective digital content for usability across all of our online channelsDevelop and execute strong social media, EDM, and SEO optimization strategiesCreate and execute compelling marketing tactics to continuously grow our customer databaseContinuously perform market research to analyze customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitors to stay relevant in our marketWork hand in hand with our in-house digital marketing team and content team to ensure we are hitting KPIs and optimizing sales through digital platformsCollaborate within the broader team to ensure synergies across the businessEffectively build, manage and inspire a high-performing, optimized marketing teamYour Qualifications:BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant fieldA minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role ideally for a fashion brandProficiency in digital marketing channels such as Meta ads, Google Ads, Social Media, EDM marketing, and SEODemonstrated experience in leading high-performing teamsStrategic mindset to competitively position the brand within the marketDeep comprehension of customer behaviors and preferencesCapability to develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies comprehensivelyStrong analytical abilities to assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviorsEffective project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and projectsProficient in utilizing marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.Capacity to establish clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and resolve issues promptlyWhat We Offer:Competitive SalaryLots of gifted Kavala product + heavy staff discountsA small, excited and collaborative teamA chance to make a big difference in a small, growing businessWFH and travel benefitsThis is a full-time position that will be a mix of WFH and team meet-ups in LA.
