Job Overview:Under general supervision of the Program Director and/or Department Division Manager coordinates the department/division s residency/fellowship training program in accordance with department Graduate Medical Education policies.Qualifications:Required:High School Diploma or EquivalentThe candidate must possess a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.She/he must be able to perform multiple duties simultaneously with some degree of flexibilityMinimum of 1 year of residency program or student clerkship experience or 3-5 years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education settingPreferred:College DegreeScheduling Requirements:Working Shift, Monday-FridayDay ShiftFull-Time, 37.5 Hours Per WeekEssential Functions:Follows and helps to improve plans and processes on a yearly cycle that support department/GME requirements to ensure compliance, including recruitment and onboarding of trainees, maintenance of medical education databases and completion of projectsPlans and coordinates educational and social events in accordance with established priorities, time and funding limitationsCoordinates internal and external program relations, communicating with faculty and trainees to ensure smooth communications and effective and efficient coordination of GME training programsOther Duties:
