This role focuses on helping R2BAEs drive Comcast Business solutions, including Internet, Data, Video, Voice, and Mobile services, to small-to-medium business customers. The Retail-to-Business Sales Manager ensures the achievement of sales goals and business objectives through strategic leadership, collaboration with retail stores, and creating an environment of growth and success within the team and assigned retail stores.**Job Description****Core Responsibilities:**Maintains expertise on Company's products/services to effectively manage team sales of Comcast Ethernet, Internet, Voice and TV services to small-to-medium business customers.Ensures competence and continuity of qualified Retail-to-Business Account Executives through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques.Collaborate with retail leadership to develop and implement performance plans, strategies, and initiatives that align business and retail objectives, ensuring both teams work together to meet shared sales goals and maximize overall success.Work closely with Xfinity Retail employees to ensure effective collaboration between retail and business teams. Train and mentor retail employees to recognize and refer potential business customers to your AEs. Monitor store and R2BAE performance to ensure CBM (Comcast Business Mobile) line and SMB sales targets are consistently met.Develop, plan, and execute sales strategies and promotional activities in alignment with business goals. Ensure the team achieves revenue and sales objectives through field prospecting, in-store engagement, and door-to-door outreach to targeted businesses.Monitors employee performance and counsels and advises to ensure compatibility, maximum effectiveness and continued growth on a constant basis. Addresses personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with Company policy.Prepares, analyzes and maintains records of individual and group sales and performance activities relative to business goals and objectives. Ensures accurate forecasts of annual, quarterly and monthly revenue and unit numbers through experience with processing and analyzing of data.Designs, implements and manages overall territory management strategy to ensure territory coverage and resource allocation. Coordinates efforts with other internal teams and groups to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Possesses excellent written and oral communications, interpersonal skills and planning and organizational skills.Develops and implements best practices that contribute to improved performance and overall success through leading by example and modeling the Comcast Credo, Touchstones and Promise.Coaches, develops, appraises, and motivates individual R2BAEs and Xfinity Store representatives to achieve and exceed assigned objectives. Educates sales professionals in sales planning tactics to support their small to medium business success by assuring compliance with organizational training requirements.Address and resolve internal and external customer issues and concerns promptly. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
