We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for experienced, degreed quality control professionals who are ready to take on challenging and rewarding work. At SEG, you will work across various engineering disciplines on creative and dynamic projects. We offer ample opportunities for personal and professional development as we continue to effectively service our clients. Responsibilities: Perform independent engineering calculations. Use AutoCAD and/or Civil3D for public, private, and institutional projects. Transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications. Conduct effective research and analysis for various project aspects. Provide support to the project team for various client projects. Coordinate with local agencies as needed. Supervise, coach, and mentor staff and coordinate with them on design efforts. Qualifications: A BS degree in Civil Engineering. PE Certification. At least ten years of civil engineering experience, preferably in commercial land development. A minimum of four years as a Project Manager. Ability to work on projects of varying scope. Demonstrated experience in meeting deadlines while managing a diverse portfolio. Proficiency in civil engineering/land development-based CAD drafting using Autodesk Civil 3D.
