The Agency Account Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, while overseeing the successful execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategies. Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, media, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring profitability and maximizing ROI. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular performance reports, analyzing campaign data to identify insights and opportunities for optimization. Business Development: Contribute to new business development efforts, identifying potential clients and building relationships. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency account management. Must have experience with clients in the food & beverage industry. Proven track record of success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting.
