We are looking for a
Sr. Account Director
based in NYC to lead the growth of our U.S. business. You will be the face of Truelogic and our key client engagement leader in the region.
What You'll Do:As our senior client lead in the U.S., you will:Manage and strengthen
key client relationships while
identifying new business opportunities .Be the go-to contact
for our clients, collaborating with Account Managers to set expectations and optimize opportunities.Lead proposals and pitch processes , working closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and tech.Collaborate with our
Customer Success
and
Tech Teams
to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with senior-level clients.Identify new business opportunities and secure incremental revenue through strong relationship management.Partner with the Head of Customer Success and Marketing Manager to shape outbound business strategy.Lead the full business development process, from initial outreach to closing deals.Evaluate creative and business potential for opportunities and provide clear recommendations.Collaborate with agency leadership on opportunities that generate over
$5MM
annually.What You Bring:
Leadership and strategic vision : Respected by peers and clients alike.Ability to
cultivate consultative, non-transactional relationships .Experience in
pipeline management
and
revenue forecasting .Capacity to
spot opportunities
beyond assigned tasks.Experience in staffing or software development outsourcing models .Technical background
in software engineering is a plus.
