Havenly Inc. is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our team and drive our collective of brands forward. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our brand planning process and crafting compelling strategies across marketing channels. Partnering closely with our Creative, Merchandising, and Growth teams, you'll help bring our vision and values to life through compelling storytelling and strategic partnerships. From new product launches and special campaign activations to evergreen marketing communications, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure that our brand resonates deeply with our audience.

What you'll do:
Strategy Development:
Craft comprehensive marketing strategies and author creative briefs for brand campaigns, product launches, and evergreen communications, prioritizing brand-accretive storytelling as the cornerstone of our approach.Editorial Planning:
Concept, define, and calendar evergreen stories and tentpole moments across our portfolio of brands - laddering back to seasonal and cultural relevance, brand priorities, and company initiatives. Focus on organic marketing touchpoints with support for paid acquisition channels (particularly as an extension for big ideas and brand campaigns).Brand Initiatives:
Take ownership of key brand initiatives, including launches and special projects, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.Partnership Management:
Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for all partner-related matters and overseeing the execution of collaborative initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with various teams to develop highly effective integrated marketing campaigns, spanning social, influencer, digital, partnerships, and more, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our brand vision.GTM Process Management:
Serve as a key connection point for the full go-to-market process, coordinating efforts across teams to drive successful launches and activations.Press Relations:
Serve as the brand's ambassador to the media, cultivating relationships with key press contacts, managing press inquiries, and orchestrating press opportunities to amplify our brand's presence and message.Consumer Insights:
Utilize consumer and cultural research to inform campaign design and maximize impact, staying attuned to the latest trends and insights that shape our audience's preferences.Process Optimization:
Maintain and optimize processes for integrated brand marketing projects, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across disciplines.What you'll bring:
Previous Experience:
You'll have a proven track record with 7+ years of experience in brand and/or product marketing, developing and executing strategic brand initiatives that drive business results and elevate brand perceptionStrategic Mindset:

This is a full-time exempt position.Seeking a candidate based in our Denver, CO or New York City, NY offices, with a requirement to be in-office two days a week; however, open to talented remote applicants nationwide.Targeted compensation range for this role: $90-$110K.Our total rewards package includes competitive compensation, generous PTO, volunteer days off, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability), 401K, and paid Parental leave.
