As the the

Global Market Access & Pricing Specialist VIE

for Dupixent & Itepekimab Respiratory you will support the global market access plan and operation excellence workstreams including the coordination of key internal and external launch excellence events in collaboration with market access business partners (HEOR and pricing) and cross-functional brand team, as needed. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professionals with an interest in developing market access foundational knowledge, access strategy development, tactical implementation and launch excellence execution capabilities by working with a team of market access experts on some of the most exciting product launches at Sanofi.

Main responsibilities:

1) Dupixent launch execution in COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)

Support the Dupixent Lead in the activities related to the launch of Dupixent in COPD indication.Communication and engagement with affiliates (market access meetings and workshops, including affiliate training events).Monitoring of P&R dossier preparation, submission and HTA process across countries.Coordinate market access launch excellence workstreams including project planning, dashboards, trackers, and reports.Support market access affiliate liaison team in all aspects of engagement with affiliates.Support Dupixent MAx launch execution and operations.Development of solutions to optimize Dupixent value through COPD payer negotiations.Facilitate the launch governance process across the Alliance.2) Itepekimab launch preparation in COPD

Support the Itepekimab lead as needed in the development of global market access strategy/plan and deliverables (e.g., payer value story, payer objection handler, and other internal projects).Coordinate project management activities related payer interactions such as payer advisory boards or primary research.3) Itepekimab LCM (Product Lifecycle Management) strategy

Support the Itepekimab lead in the development of the optimal LCM strategy across indications.Coordinate project management activities related to payer interactions such as payer advisory boards or primary research to best inform the LCM strategy.Conduct secondary research on analogues for multi-indication pricing (price separation/optimization across indications).About you

Experience :

2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Market Access.Soft and Technical skills:

Highly efficient with PowerPoint and Excel, PowerBI is a plus.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation skills.Self-motivated and driven.Attention to detail, organized, structured and follow-up skills.Proven project management skills ("timeline tracking", "leadership without authority" etc.).Easily adaptable to a multicultural environment.Willingness to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.Education :

University Degree and a master's degree in science, Pharmacy, Business, Health Economics, Public Health, Policy/Government Affairs, Marketing.Languages:

Fluent English (speaking and writing).Additional language is a plus.
