Multimedia Designer
reporting to
the Manager, Creative Hub.
Position Summary:
As a Multimedia Designer for Royal Caribbean Group (the parent company of Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea), you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our corporate messages and engages our internal and external audiences. You will work closely with our communications team to design multimedia elements that align with our brand standards and corporate goals.
This is a full-time in-person role based in the company's headquarters in Miami, FL. Applicants must be available to work in-office Monday - Thursday, with work from home on Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Design and produce multimedia content, including graphics, infographics, videos, animations, and presentations, for various communications channels.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop visual content for internal communications, executive communications, investor relations, and public relations.Create engaging visual content for corporate events, meetings, and presentations.Support the development of digital assets for the company's intranet, website, social media, and email campaigns.Ensure all multimedia content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look-and-feel.Edit and enhance video content, including executive messages, interviews, and event highlights.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in multimedia design and corporate communications.Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.2-3 years of proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia design work, particularly in a corporate setting.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Experience with video editing software and animation tools.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a creative mindset.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in corporate communications or working within a corporate environment.Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles.Knowledge of UX/UI design.Experience with 3D modeling and animation software.
