WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned.
Develop, setup, and maintain the operation and functionality of financial systems, examples include:o Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance)
o Workday Adaptive Planning
o Sage Quantum
o Unit4 Financials
o Cybersource
o FDC Purchase Order System
o HighRadius
Operate as Project Manager and SME for any Finance related software implementations.Collaborate and coordinate with the I.T. department to develop and enhance financial systems.Work with users to identify, develop, and deploy tools to improve efficiencies, i.e. Robotic Process Automation.Maintenance of system internal controls through correct separate of roles, abilities, and allowed functionality in any financial system.WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in either Accounting or Information Systems Management;Requires 5 or more years of relevant experience.To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Accounting software; Database software; Human Resource systems; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.Works within approved budget; Develops and implements cost saving measures.Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.WHY WORK WITH US?
