**Description****This is a Full Time, salaried Quality Manager position supporting Northwest Medical Center.**As an organization leader, this position shares accountability for facilitating organizational and department goals for assigned facilities using effective leadership knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure achievement of expected results for patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth and quality and safety outcomes.**Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements****Education** : Required: Bachelors degree in the area of specialty, business management or closely related field**Experience:** Required: 5 years experience implementing quality management and performance improvement programs for a healthcare facility**Skills:** Operational and people management skills that result in patient satisfaction, on-going quality improvement and employee engagement of a diverse population; Ability to develop strategy and operational plans; Results oriented with proven success at working collaboratively with all stakeholders to meet key goals.**Licenses/Certifications:** Preferred: RN license and/or CPHQ certification_Northwest Medical Center (NMC) is a 287-bed hospital, seven urgent care facilities, a freestanding emergency center, Northwest Transitions Inpatient Rehabilitation, Women's Center, and a large physician group, we offer you a variety of settings in which to work.
