Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Software Architect to join our CTO office team. The job is part of a skilled Technology Strategy leadership team that will analyse and support the CTO in driving the strategic direction of the company's technology initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, the ability to analyse trends, and the skills to contribute to the development of long-term technology strategies.

The Senior Architect or Developer will lead the design and development of on-prem and cloud infrastructure management platforms, with a focus on integrating analytics and AI OPS to enhance system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop scalable infrastructure for data management solutions for both on-prem and cloud environments relaying and augmenting many existing solutions.The management platform must be cost-effective, scalable, and performant to accommodate a wide range of opportunities.Implement analytics and AI OPS to proactively monitor, analyse, and optimize infrastructure performance.Design data streaming platforms, data classification, and data lakes that can interchange data to help AI OPS frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics and AI OPS into existing systems.Stay updated with the latest trends in infrastructure management, analytics, and AI OPS to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Extensive experience in infrastructure architecture and development, including both on-prem and cloud platforms.Proficiency in analytics and AI OPS tools and methodologies.Strong programming and system design skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.Preferred Skills:

Experience with big data platforms and data-driven decision-making.Knowledge of machine learning and its application in operational intelligence.Familiarity with industry standards APIs and infrastructure data management tools.Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management and analyticsAs required by the equal pay and transparency acts in those states that require it, the expected base salary for this position is:

Base Salary Range - $180,000 - $250,000

The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Vantara's bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
