Some nights and weekends as needed.Job SummaryThe Program Coordinator will assume a crucial role in facilitating the success of the multi-disciplinary comprehensive Spine program at UK for physicians, learners, and patients by overseeing the implementation of scheduling workflows, coordinating clinical services across care settings (referral network, ambulatory, hospital, rehabilitation, home, etc.), and providing administrative support to the Spine Program Director and Administrative Coordinator.The program coordinator will also help ensure seamless integration of research and teaching with clinical programs and track and report on program operational performance. Experience with administration or scheduling of neurosurgical programs is highly preferred.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesMS Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, EPIC, Adobe.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
