Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive insights on applications in the targeted domain and industry segments for the assigned industries. Examples include ATE, Small Mobility, Power Tools, Integrated Resorts, AI Integration, among others.Gather market intelligence on industry, customers and competitors, define the growing application, and identify the total market potential, TAM/SAM analysis, industry market segmentation, competitive analysis, establishing and nourishing key partners.Capture future business trend and solution needs, clarify the required specification within Omron core technologies, and execute the new product development locally and/or globallyWork collaboratively with Global Project Team, Product Planning, Product Engineers, Product Managers, FAE as well as Sales team to identify and develop opportunities for new products and solution.Represent Omron in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible mannerRepresents the Omron Guiding Principles through personal and business interactions with employees, customers, distributors, and colleagues.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred. Business, Marketing or equivalent degree will be accepted.3 years' experience business development/vertical industry marketing specifically with electromechanical components.Proven history of consistent sales and market share growth.Experience leading projectsTechnically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with marketing method and tactics.Strong knowledge of product development.
