Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education ReimbursementSalary : $106,067 - 132,584 USD AnnuallyIf you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:The Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Manager implements structured problem-solving techniques to provide leadership and training to increase knowledge on the best maintenance practicesIn this role you will partner and provide support to maintenance managers with day-to-day operations by being a catalyst of change to encourage new processes and behaviors to ensure achievement of performance levelsYou will support Maintenance Teams on the development of a priority ranking of equipment and utilization of SAP/CONA-PM systems within Coca-Cola Bottling networkThe Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Manager will conduct gap assessments of maintenance practices across facilities and provide feedback to correct and/or improve the local team practicesThis manager will also provide technical expertise to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and increase Mean Time between Failure (MTBF)The Reliability Manager will partner with the local operations teams to implement effective preventative measures and provide direction for quick changeover and centerlining improvementsOther duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree with 5 plus years of related experience or 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Technical School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experiencePreferred Education and Experience:Master's degree
