Employee Relations Partner - UnityPoint Clinic Human ResourcesFull-time Benefit PackageExemptShift: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pmResponsibilities
The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the employee relations function for assigned business unit/service line. Administration includes consultation on employee relations issues for team members and leadership and facilitation of initiatives to foster a positive employee relations environment that aligns with UnityPoint Health's FOCUS Values and Just Culture. This individual is responsible for employee relations investigations and reporting, identifying and recommending solutions, and providing ongoing documentation as appropriate.This position will support all UnityPoint Clinic locations in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Quad Cities and UnityPoint at Work.Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Experience:
