Workday Integration Application Management Services (AMS) Functional Service Lead
your primary responsibilities may include:Manage on andoff-shorefunctional teams.Leadthe Integration AMS engagement driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionalityIdentify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirementsTroubleshoot production break-fixes from triage through resolutionImplement enhancements and new features from discovery through deploymentLead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staffServe as a single point of contact for the client and provide direction to resources to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigatedAdvise clients on industry standardsand leading practices.Demonstrate design optionsusingprototyping.Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies.Provide the client with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project statusMaintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurementsAssist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementationDemonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectivesEnsure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projectsSupport innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assetsTravel may be required for this role. Here's what you need:Workday Integrations Partner CertificationMinimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a lead roleMinimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experienceMinimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Integrations OperationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.Bonus points if:Extensive experience in designer and developer related roles with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environmentSelf-starter with proven ability to work within a team-oriented environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent changeProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPointCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
