Adecco is assisting a local client in **NJ or FL** with finding a **Sr. Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis** . This is a **Hybrid** contract to hire role paying **$55/Hour** . We are currently seeking a **Sr. Manager, FP&A** to join our dynamic team. This role will be an integral part of our US FP&A team, working closely with the Specialty/Brand business as well as the Business Development function, specifically focusing on M&A activities.If you are a highly motivated, data-driven financial leader with a passion for strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration, we would love to hear from you!**Key Responsibilities** **:****1. Business Development & Valuation:**+ Serve as the primary Finance business partner for the Business Development team.+ Lead financial modeling and valuation for potential licensing or acquisition deals.+ Conduct due diligence and analyze financials for pipeline and acquisition prospects.+ Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making in M&A opportunities.**2. Budgeting / Forecasting / Brand P&L Analysis:**+ Develop short and long-term dynamic financial forecasts and P&L projections.+ Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and review forecast assumptions.+ Analyze monthly actual performance versus expectations; highlight changes in market dynamics and identify key sources of variance.+ Track sales performance by product and customer; communicate any forecast deviations to management.+ Conduct analyses to understand the impact of Gross-to-Net (GTN) on pricing and revenue.+ Budget and manage departmental and vendor spend with precision.+ Act as the liaison between Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations to integrate key drivers and continuously update forecasts.**3. Management Reporting:**+ Lead the creation and maintenance of monthly financial reports for higher management.+ Provide insight and analysis on financial data to help management make informed decisions.+ Ensure reports are aligned with company goals and provide a clear picture of financial performance.**4. General/Ad-Hoc Financial Analytics:**+ Assist in the development of dashboards and reports for various purposes, including sales analytics, variance tracking, and profitability analysis.+ Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, support for Board presentations, and contribute to business process improvement projects as needed.**Qualifications** **:**+ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).+ 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related finance role, with significant exposure to M&A and business development activities.+ Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.+ Experience with Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis, P&L analysis, and tracking of sales by product/customer.+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.+ Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, and supply chain.+ Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems (experience with SAP, Hyperion, or similar tools a plus).+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**Pay Details:** $52.88 to $67.31 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
