THE ROLE:

We are seeking an energetic Designer I to join our creative team and work under the guidance of a Senior Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful designs for a variety of projects, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You will bring ideas to life by producing drafts, prototypes, and final design solutions, with a primary focus on static design and a minor focus on motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: (Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job)

Collaborate with the Senior Designer to develop innovative design concepts.

Create visually compelling graphics for guides, flyers, posters, magazines, events, and more.

Produce drafts, prototypes, and final designs that meet project specifications.

Contribute to the overall visual identity of our projects with a focus on static designs.

Enhance your motion design skills by working on select motion graphics projects.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure design consistency and quality.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Herbalife Creative Studio Team is a close-knit group of writers, designers, producers, editors, motion artists, project managers, and creative leaders collaborating to bring solutions to our internal partners, regional stakeholders, and executive leadership team.

Much like Herbalife Distributors, our Creative Studio brings a “No problem!” attitude to planning, execution, and delivery of a high volume of projects, often with fast turnarounds and modest budgets.

Our work provides creative expression to sales and marketing materials, brand identity, internal and external communications, social media, executive messaging, live events, and other Distributor experiences.

We rise to every challenge and continuously strive to “Build it Better” with talent, tenacity, teamwork, and trust.

If you can bring technical skill and a fraternal spirit, along with some old-fashioned grit and good gut instincts, and this sounds like the place you belong, then we would love to have you on our team.
