Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a global leading company near Adrian, MIThe Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the overall maintenance to ensure safety, and environmental compliance of the plant while setting a standard of efficiency for the processes.Responsibilities
Responsible for industrial and facilities maintenanceEnsure all equipment and tools are maintained properly to avoid interruption of production and to minimize unnecessary downtime.Analyze machine downtime to identify and correct mechanical problems.Read, perform, and write work ordersContribute to ongoing improvementsHelp maintain a preventative maintenance program/scheduleEnsure the availability of replacement parts for key manufacturing equipment to minimize unnecessary machine downtime.Other duties as assigned.
Experience
Experience with AC/DC electrical control and power circuits.Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics and blueprints.Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Experience with pumps, heat exchangers, valves & pipe repairs are a plusEffective communication skills
