The opportunity
As a Hubspot expert at Anecdotes, you will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing operations foundation. You are a strategist and hands-on implementer, and thrive in managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. You will make predictions about the quality of the sales and marketing pipeline and spot efficiencies that will make the company work better as a whole. This role provides continuous support across lead and campaign management, email development, marketing operations, and operational strategy.
This position will report to the director of Demand Generation, based in the US (East coast)
What you'll be creating:
Streamline marketing processes and systems for efficiency.Identify and drive technology and process optimizations.Optimize and maintain tools (HubSpot, Warmly, ZoomInfo, Gong).Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA.Validate marketing data and collaborate with BI teams.Support lead scoring, funnel management, and campaign tracking.Manage target lists and implement automation.Assist with email campaigns and performance tracking.Monitor deliverability and inbox placement.Aid with sales tools and data management.Support automation and handle requests.Provide training and support for new tools and processes.Offer insights to align marketing with business goals.Use analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.Develop reporting mechanisms for campaign performance.What you bring to the table
4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role.Expert marketing operations proficiency with HubSpot is a must.Working knowledge of Warmly, Gong, ZoomInfo, Chilipiper or similar sales and martech platforms. ABM platform knowledge is a plus.Understanding of marketing attribution models.Attention to detail with a focus on root cause analysis.Strategic problem solving and critical thinking at a systems level across people, processes, and technology in a dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew & EnglishAn "always learning" mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in sales and marketing technologies.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - An advantageAbility to work async and collaborate with multiple teams at once across time zones.
