About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of our conference services, including sales, planning, and execution. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration or work experience equivalent, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in sales and event planningProven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Delphi preferredResponsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our conference servicesManage the planning and execution of all conference services, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipmentCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfactionLead a team of conference services professionals to ensure the success of our eventsMaintain accurate records and reports to track the success of our conference services
