We're actively seeking a talented Digital Marketing Supervisor to join the Institutional Division. This role will be hybrid and based in our Newport Beach, CA office.
Responsibilities include:Supervise the continued growth of the focused digital media strategy for Pacific Life's Institutional DivisionPrescribe effective digital distribution methods for marketing pieces in the content libraryMonitor and measure data analytics and prescribe content course corrections based on reporting dataCollaborate with marketing analytics and other internal partners to evaluate campaign results and recommend further actions for contentConsult and advise internal clients concerning digital platform requirements, including our Institutional marketing website and social media applicationsBuild effective ad managed campaigns via social platforms and ad partners while monitoring and evaluating data analyticsAssist in the curation of marketing content on our Institutional marketing website and social media platformsUtilize Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to build, maintain, and drive audience journeysWork closely with and alongside designers, art directors, content marketers, and enterprise partnersPresent creative digital concepts to co-workers and leadersAdapt to a constantly changing environmentMinimum qualifications & experience:
Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing, Digital Communications, Consumer Behavior, or equivalent experience5+ years' experience immersed in developing and implementing digital strategies with proven results and managing direct reports (please provide examples)Advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud experienceFamiliarity with the Adobe Creative SuiteProven experience with ad managed campaigns, Google Ad Words, and current SEO optimization trendsThe ability to see through the lens of a device-driven audienceThe ability to self-start and embrace innovationAdvanced experience with B2C communication over social platformsFamiliarity with writing keyword-rich content for SEOKnowledge of managing advertising campaigns through key online social platformsStrong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsFinancial fluency and interest in social impact investing is a plusFormal education in the field of data analytics is a plusYou can be who you are.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$108,000.00 - $132,000.00
