We are looking for a Manager, BI & Reporting to lead the development of our organization's analytics capabilities. Initially, you may work independently to build a centralized, reliable source of truth for our metrics, and in the future, you may grow and manage a small team, including one or more product analysts. In this role, you will focus on gathering requirements across the organization to understand data needs and transform these into actionable insights and strategies. You should have a strong ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and lead projects independently.

What you will be doing:

Understand business needs and objectives to define relevant metrics and data insights.

Develop a centralized source of truth for company metrics, including building a semantic layer.

Gather requirements from stakeholders (e.g., executives, product, operations, marketing, finance, etc.) and collaborate with the technical team to ensure metrics are built accurately and available to end users.

Create effective data analysis and reporting strategies that support business growth.

Lead and develop a team of data analysts if business growth and needs create the opportunity for expansion.

Ensure data quality and accuracy through oversight of analytics operations.

Build systems and processes to transform raw data into valuable business insights.

Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.



What we hope you bring to this role:

3+ years of direct experience in an Analytics Manager or similar role.

Experience building a centralized source of truth for organizational metrics, including developing a semantic layer.

Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable data projects.

Experience in training, managing, and developing a small team.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Background in market research, product analytics, or data strategy.

Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (basic to intermediate technical proficiency is beneficial, but the primary focus is on product management and stakeholder communication). Experience with Qlik and/or Power BI is a bonus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Product Management) is preferred. Experience or certifications related to product management, business analysis, or business strategy are beneficial, but not required.

Compensation Range:

$90,000-$100,000 per year
